𓇼 what do I need to know about the sessions?

Accepted Answer

• I offer sessions Monday to Friday, from 10am to 7pm (CET). If you are in a different time zone, we can explore suitable options together.

• Sessions usually last 75-90 minutes and begin and end on time. Please arrive a few minutes early. If you feel a longer session (up to two hours) would be supportive, this can be discussed and priced accordingly. • They are offered online via Google Meets & Signal, or in person in Gràcia, Barcelona. In-person sessions may include an adjusted fee, which will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

• Regarding frequency, we can meet as often as you wish. I recommend every two weeks, but sessions should be no more than once a month apart.

• Sessions are offered in blocks of four, giving space for themes and dynamics to emerge. After each block, we’ll check together how you wish to continue.

Clarifying what you wish to explore, what would you like to bring to the session

Together we establish consent, boundaries, and clarity around the scope of the practice. You are welcome to change your mind at any time. We can always do less than what was agreed, but never more.
 • The embodied practice
Somatic exploration guided by your learning intention
 • Installation 
A time where nothing is asked of you; an invitation to rest, sense, and allow meaning and embodied insights from the practice to arise.
 • Reflections
An opportunity for the co-creator to share what their experience, without interpretation or advice
 • Home practice
Somatic change unfolds through repetition over time. Home practices are co-created at the end of each session, shaped by the client’s needs and curiosity, and offered in a way that honours autonomy and avoids pressure or expectation.
 • Feedback
At the end of each session, the coach asks the co-creator what worked well and what didn’t. This helps the client share what they appreciated and enjoyed, as well as what felt challenging or could be improved. Any difficulties are explored together, which may highlight how the co-creator is adapting to new ways of being or areas of the coach’s facilitation that need clarity.

𓇼 how can I prepare for my online sessions?

Accepted Answer

You’re warmly invited to arrive in comfortable clothing and create a private, quiet, and cozy space where you feel at ease. If possible, using a computer is recommended so your hands can remain free during the session.

Choose a space with a stable internet connection and enough room to move or change posture: sitting, standing, or lying down. What matters most is that you follow what feels supportive for you in the moment; there’s no “right” way to be. You may also wish to have a journal, a pen, and a drink nearby.

𓇼 is this a form of therapy or counselling?

Somatic Intimacy Coaching is not a replacement for physical, emotional, or psychological therapy, nor is it intended to treat medical or mental health conditions.

We all carry layers of past pain or lived experience. This work offers a space to gently sense, express, and integrate what is present through the body; without diagnosing, pathologizing, or trying to “fix” anything.

If you are currently dealing with intense or unresolved trauma, significant mental health challenges, or are on medication for physical or psychological conditions, please consult your doctor/mental health professional before participating. If they support your decision, we can then talk and see together if this space is a good fit for you. I share this with care for your well-being, knowing that deep processes can sometimes bring up more than this space is designed to hold. I’m committed to offering a non-discriminatory care, a consent-focused space and supportive environment for your journey.

𓇼 what is the financial exchange?

The financial exchange reflects not only the time of the session, but the depth of presence and care I bring to my work.
I commit to arriving grounded and resourced, cultivating what I need to remain present, open, and fully available to hold the space with care and integrity. When intense or unexpected experiences arise, I understand this as a moment of deep responsibility; where my attunement, regulation, and capacity to stay with what is happening are central to the care I offer.

As part of part of my accreditation and my commitment to making sessions accessible to all, I am offering a reduced sliding-scale rate: 40€-70€ (click on this guide to choose your scale) (https://static1.squarespace.com/static/54a1bf90e4b07c077787ed68/t/55d650e6e4b0bb73fdc7b993/1440108774760/GreenBottleSlidingScale.png)for 75-90 minute online sessions, until March 2026.

• The sliding scale is offered in euros. If you are based in a country with a stronger currency, I invite you to offer the same numerical amount in your local currency (for example, 40–70 GBP rather than a currency conversion), trusting your honest choice within the scale.

• Starting in April, I will also offer a full somatic coaching process for one person in need; once that process is completed, another person in need will be able to access a free process.

• If finances are a barrier, you’re warmly invited to contact me so we can explore options together.

𓇼 what are your policies?

Late/ No-show/ Cancellation Agreement
Ingrid works on an appointment-based schedule so that each session can unfold with the time and attention it deserves. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you’re going to be late for a session please send me an email ASAP. Please note that the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the fee for the session.
 • Due to this appointment-based schedule it is important that you give me sufficient notice when you need to cancel an appointment. This means a cancellation should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
 • I understand that unexpected things can happen. I provide every co-creator with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 12 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session (exceptions may be made for absolute emergencies on a case-by-case basis).

The free short-notice cancellation only applies if I am notified prior to the session start time. No-		shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
 • If I need to reschedule a session, I will provide at least 48 hours’ notice via email, except in cases of sudden illness or an emergency, in which case I will inform you ASAP.

Payment for Services
 • Sessions are pre-paid one session in advance. You are also welcome to pre-pay a block of three sessions if preferred. 
 • My preferred methods of payment are bank transfer or Bizum. Payment details will be shared upon booking.
 • If you feel this work is not right for you, I’m happy to refund any prepaid sessions that have not yet taken place, with at least three weeks’ notice.

Question 7

𓇼 is Somatic Intimacy Coaching the same as sex work or escorting?

No. My work does not include sexual services, escorting, or “happy ending” massages.
